The six Workpackages included in INTERCROP are managed by separate
partners. The co-ordinator and the workpackage managers act as the ´Project
Steering Committee`, which is chaired by the co-ordinator. The PSC
monitors the satisfactory completion of tasks, deliverables and
milestones and decide how to proceed if tasks cannot be completed or
if alternative tasks need to be activated. The Committee normally
discuss issues informally by e-mail, phone and fax and they meet for
an extra day at the main project meetings.
